Thank you for choosing JustBuyer. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders are handled for products that are not yet available for immediate shipment.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available. Availability and release dates are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are subject to change.
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

Full payment is required when the pre-order is placed.

Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
Release Dates
Release dates are estimated and may change without notice due to manufacturer, distributor, or shipping delays.
JustBuyer is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping

Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless separate shipping options are offered at checkout.

Delivery times begin after the pre-order item has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been prepared for shipment.
Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, where applicable.
Product Availability
Pre-orders are accepted based on expected inventory from suppliers.
In rare cases, manufacturers or distributors may reduce allocations or cancel product releases. If this occurs and we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected item.
Pricing
The price displayed at the time your pre-order is placed is the price you will pay unless a pricing error has occurred.
If a pricing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Communication
If there are significant changes to your pre-order, including delays or availability issues, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
