Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and promotional items.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened trading card packs or booster boxes.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards (if offered).

  • Clearance or final sale items, unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the item and, if applicable, the packaging.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Process

To begin a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return instructions before shipping your item.

  4. Securely package the item and send it using the instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
